Hi There!

My name is Shannon Dempsey, and I have a passion for making a positive impact on the world around me.

I feel so lucky to be able to channel that passion into what I do everyday. I have worked on Insperity’s UX team as a UX Researcher and Designer since 2018. My UX practice has a heavy foundation of user interviews and testing. Understanding an issue from both the statistical and emotional perspectives allows for a holistic problem-solving approach.

When I see a user’s face light up in testing and ask when the product will be delivered, I know that I am one step closer to leaving a positive impact on their work and life. See UX work here.
